It's apparent action's needed

But I don't know how to fix it
I don't have the wherewithal

But unlikely somebody will sing

I can make a pithy wisecrack
Although it might turn into my epitaph
But I can hope that an occasional one-liner I make
Might change a mind while it's getting a laugh
